Top notch attention to detail, great design vision, a real focus on customer service and water tight finances & project management. We had trepidations about selecting a builder after hearing a few horror stories, but have no regrets at all with following our gut on Francis. We have no hesitation recommending him.Francis is extremely passionate, motivated and thorough. He always kept us up to date, delivered on all his commitments, had our back and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything about the way he worked made us trust him which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He came in on budget (including a few extras we included due to him running under budget from the original quote) and on time. Most importantly we LOVE the results.
